What is the duration of the tour?
All our tours are approximately 3 hours.
How do I get to the office?
By public transportation: The nearest bus stop is Kolombou. From here it is about 5 minutes to our office.
If you come by car, you can park near our office. However, we recommend not leaving personal belongings in the car due to the risk of theft.
Can I book an e-bike?
Unfortunately, we do not have e-bikes available.
Do you have bottles of water?
For sustainability reasons, we have switched to a water tank where you can fill your own bottle.
What is the minimum age for the tour?
Our tours are for everyone! Child seats are available for the littlest ones.
Will the tour take place in case of heavy rain or extreme heat?
Although rare, sometimes it rains in Thessaloniki. However, our tours go on as usual, even when it rains. Should a tour be cancelled due to weather, you will be notified. In extreme heat, the tour may possibly start earlier or end later, about which you will be informed in time.
In which languages are the tours offered?
Our tours are available in English and Dutch so you can choose which language is most comfortable for you to get all the information.

What is the maximum size for a group?
We have helped countless groups over the years, and no group size is too big or too small for us. We are open to discussing group sizes and individual needs.
Is it only possible to organize an incentive in Thessaloniki itself?
We specialize in incentives in Thessaloniki city. However, we try, if desired, to exchange the city for a quieter place. All options can be discussed.
What support and guidance kuIs it possible to get support from the organizing team during the incentive, especially on location?
We always offer support when required. This can be for the entire trip, or just a few days. The support is available in Dutch and/or English.
